As much an account of 'Sympathy For The Devil's' production process as it is a record of the charged political environment of the time, Voices presents a unique insight into the creative tensions of filmmaking as shown during the creation of what was at the time Godard's most expensive film to date.
Interspersed with images and events from France's 1968 Student Riots, Voices is not only filled with on set and on location footage of 'Sympathy For The Devil' being produced, but also contains informative and equally political interviews from Godard as well as further insight into the Rolling Stone's recording sessions for the song of the same name.
