Brilliant twin lead guitars are the feature of this Anglo-Germanic quartet. They tend to get categorized as Krautrock but they are musically much closer to Wishbone Ash and Thin Lizzy. Some southern rock elements can be heard too. German band Epitaphs third album from 1974 is a great slab of melodic twin guitar driven Hard Rock. Keyboards do feature on some tracks from guest musicians but its all about the guitars. Take Wishbone Ashes eponymous debut, add a bit of Mans Be Good To Yourself At Least Once A Day,sprinkle a touch of Rare Birds Epic Forest and youv'e got this album.
